Privacy Policy

This English translation is provided for international visitors. The legally binding version is the German privacy policy.

1. Responsible Party

2. What Data We Process

Server Logs (Automatic)

When you visit our website, our hosting provider (webgo GmbH, Germany) automatically logs the following data:

• Anonymized IP address (last octet masked)
• Date and time of request
• Requested URL
• HTTP status code
• Referrer URL (if transmitted by your browser)
• User agent string (browser type and version)

Purpose: Detecting attacks, debugging, statistical analysis of usage patterns. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6 (1) (f) — legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. Storage: Maximum 7 days, then automatic deletion.

Contact and Inquiry Forms

If you submit an inquiry via the advertising contact form, the following data is processed:

• Form fields you fill in (company, name, email, phone, message)
• Submission timestamp
• IP address at submission

The form is processed via Formsubmit.co, which forwards the submission as email to caro@lunpa.de. Purpose: Processing your inquiry. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6 (1) (b) — pre-contractual measures and Art. 6 (1) (a) — consent through explicit submission. Storage: As long as needed for processing your inquiry, then standard business document retention (6 years per § 257 HGB if business correspondence).

Material / Quote Request (Lead Forwarding)

Via our quote-request forms ("request up to 3 quotes") you can submit a material/granulate inquiry. We process the data you provide: material and specification, annual volume, procurement stage, industry, company size, required-by date, delivery country, email address and optionally company name. An internal lead score is generated automatically from these inputs.

Purpose and forwarding: With your explicit consent (checkbox in the form) we forward your inquiry without your name to up to three pre-qualified distributors so they can send you a quote. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6 (1) (a) — consent. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect (email to the address in the imprint). Technical delivery is via Formsubmit (see processors); data is stored for as long as needed for processing and billing.

Service Inquiry (Automating Administration & Back Office)

Via the inquiry form on the Services page you can submit a no-obligation inquiry about our B2B service (process and administration optimisation, data automation, company memory). We process the data you provide: company name, email address, optionally phone number, the selected area and your message. The purpose is to handle and answer your inquiry. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6 (1) (a) — consent (checkbox in the form) — and Art. 6 (1) (b) — pre-contractual measures. Technical delivery is via Formsubmit (see processors); data is stored for as long as needed to handle the inquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time with future effect.

3. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses Ahrefs Web Analytics (provider: Ahrefs Pte. Ltd., Singapore) for anonymous, cookie-less traffic measurement. Per the provider's own statement, the service collects no personal data and sets no cookies, and there is no cross-device or cross-site tracking (source: ahrefs.com/web-analytics). For technical reasons, your IP address is transmitted to the provider's server on each page load (as with any HTTP request); per the provider, it is not stored permanently. Processing may take place in the United States. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly, aggregated analysis of website usage (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Beyond this, we use no other analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party advertising trackers. The polymer price live ticker and the online calculators run entirely client-side and do not transmit data to any server.

If we add advertising in the future (AdSense, partner advertising), we will update this section and request consent via a cookie banner before any non-essential cookies are set.

4. Third-Party Services Used

• Ahrefs Web Analytics (traffic measurement): Ahrefs Pte. Ltd., Singapore. Cookie-less, no personal data collected per provider statement; processing may occur in the US. See section 3.
• Webgo GmbH (hosting): Server location Germany. Data Processing Agreement (DPA) per GDPR Art. 28 in place.
• Formsubmit.co (form processing): EU-based, GDPR-compliant. Used only when you submit the advertising form. Privacy policy of Formsubmit
• Internet Archive Wayback Machine: We submit our own URLs for archiving; no user data involved.
• Bing/Yandex/Seznam IndexNow: We push our own URL changes to these search engines for faster indexing; no user data involved.

5. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 13–22)

• Information (Art. 15): You may request what data we have about you.
• Correction (Art. 16): You may request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion / Right to be Forgotten (Art. 17): You may request deletion of your data.
• Restriction of Processing (Art. 18): You may request that processing be limited.
• Data Portability (Art. 20): You may receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection (Art. 21): You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Complaint: You may file a complaint with a supervisory authority — for Germany, the State Commissioner for Data Protection.

6. Children's Privacy

This website is directed at professional users in plastics processing and engineering. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, please notify us so we can delete it.

7. International Data Transfers

All our processors (Webgo, Formsubmit) operate within the European Economic Area (EEA). Should this change, we would inform you and implement appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, etc.).

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy when our services or applicable law change. Substantive changes will be announced via the website at least 14 days before they take effect.

9. Payment processing (Stripe)

For paid content we use one payment service provider, for customers in Germany and abroad:

• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., North Wall Quay, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin, Ireland. Stripe acts as a pure payment service provider on behalf of Lohmann & partners UG (provider and invoice issuer). Data processed: name, email, billing address, payment method, VAT ID where applicable. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). Privacy policy: stripe.com/en/privacy. Data Processing Agreement per GDPR Art. 28 in place. Where Stripe transfers data to third countries, this is secured via EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
